Coming in October is the new annotated edition of Pride and Prejudice by Patricia Myer Spacks. Here’s a peek I took for you of this beautifully illustrated and informative book.

Cool, Vic. I guess that being listed by Harvard means the You Have Arrived. I certainly hope so! For our non-British readers, ‘chuffed’ means ‘delighted’. Check the slang derivation if you dare.

The book is gorgeous. Just so you know, I already have mine; it’s out on Amazon. I pre-ordered it in August expecting it in October, but mine arrived last week!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’m curious how this book compares to David M. Shapard’s version.
